QonectCard is primarily a digital service. This Policy explains how digital services and any physical products ordered through the Platform are delivered, operated by CRAFTVAULT TRADING AND CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Digital Delivery

  • vCards / subscriptions: activated instantly after successful payment. Your dashboard and vCard URLs become available immediately.
  • Account credentials: delivered on-screen at registration and by email to your registered address.
  • No physical shipping occurs for digital services; therefore, no shipping charges apply.

3. WhatsApp Store / Product Orders (Physical Goods)

If a business uses the Platform to sell physical products through its vCard or WhatsApp Store:

  • Delivery timelines, charges and return handling are determined and fulfilled by the individual business (the vCard owner), not by QonectCard;
  • QonectCard provides the storefront technology only and is not a party to the sale contract between the business and its customer;
  • For issues with such orders (delay, damage, returns), contact the business directly using the details on their vCard.

4. NFC Card Orders (where offered)

  • NFC business cards, if ordered, are dispatched within the timeline stated at checkout (typically 5–10 business days for domestic Indian addresses).
  • Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout via reputed courier partners; tracking is shared where available.
  • If an NFC order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

5. Failed / Delayed Digital Delivery

If your subscription is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact [email protected] with your transaction ID. We will restore access or refund as per our Refund Policy.
